<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-contest-details">Contest Details</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Eligibility: Open to all instrumental and vocal musicians, solo or ensemble up to 20 performers (keyboard instruments are not eligible). Singers will need to perform without the use of a backing track or any sort of autotune technology. The performance of the US National Anthem must be under 90 seconds.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-prize">Prize</h3>



<p>The winner will perform the US National Anthem at the Seattle Mariners home game on August 22, 2026, vs. the Chicago Cubs at T-Mobile Park, and will receive a ticket for the game. The prize is non-transferrable.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-submission-process">Submission Process</h3>



<p>Applicants will submit entries via Classical KING’s dedicated webpage: classicalking.org/anthem</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-winner-responsibilities">Winner Responsibilities</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>The winner is responsible for their own transportation with their instrument to and from T-Mobile Park on August 24, 2025.</li>



<li>The winner must be available on August 22, 2026 , for a 1:15pm sound check, 3:15pm call time, and anthem performance at 4:00pm at T-Mobile Park.</li>
