At four and a half billion years old, mapping the history of our planet would be no small task. But the remnants of that history are echoing all around us, even today.

The composer John Luther Adams invites us to take a closer listen. This Saturday on Second Inversion: An Atlas of Deep Time. Adams maps the history of our planet through sound in this new work tracing the deeper resonances of the Earth. We’re walking through deep time on Second Inversion.
