Live from New York, it’s the Met Opera! A tradition in classical radio, Classical KING brings you a weekly broadcast of world-class performances live from the Metropolitan Opera. Take a weekly trip to New York from the comfort of your home, with rotating shows that include timeless classics and modern compositions. The Met Opera is live every Saturday morning starting at 10am from December through May.  There are occasional live Met Opera performances that start at 9am.

The Organ Loft combines the grandeur of the organ, the serenity of choral music, and the talent of the Pacific Northwest together in one. Produced and hosted by a beloved local and musical luminary, Roger Sherman, this syndicated show travels around the world to some of the great organs, organists, and choirs of our time. End your weekend on a positive note with an hour of organ and choral music, every Sunday night at 10pm. 
The Organ Loft is the second longest running program on Classical KING, with its first broadcast occurring October 3, 1993. Production of The Organ Loft is funded by <a href="http://www.gothic-catalog.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Gothic Catalog</a> and is part of the educational outreach of  <a href="http://www.westfield.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Westfield</a> a non-profit organization devoted to historic keyboard instruments.

Since the 1960’s, Classical KING and St. Mark’s Cathedral have partnered up to broadcast the Compline Service, bringing meditative and . Tune in to hear sacred music sung by St. Mark’s compline choir, live from their cathedral in Seattle, every Sunday evening starting at 9:30pm

Second Inversion is dedicated to rethinking classical music. Produced in-house at Classical KING, this user-centered listening experience delivers a diverse range of music from artists from the Northwest and beyond. With new themes every week, Maggie Molloy curates hidden gems from current composers who find inspiration in a wide variety of genres. If you’re a music lover with insatiable curiosity for what’s new, or want to expand your musical palette, tune in to Second Inversion every Saturday night at 9pm.

Unmute The Voices celebrates BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) artistry in classical music by highlighting compositions and performances by BIPOC artists.
From its inception, classical music was for centuries an art form reserved exclusively for affluent and aristocratic white men. People of Color and women were expressly excluded from being accepted as equal contributors. While both People of Color and women artists and composers are becoming more included and more accepted in the classical music community, the genre still has a long road ahead before it reaches a real state of equity.
Unmute The Voices exists to accelerate the development of equity in classical music by increasing the visibility of the BIPOC community in classical music and to encourage their inclusion in the art form.
The program includes classical music composed by people from BIPOC communities, performances by artists of color, and interviews with artists. Unmute The Voices is a radio show and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6mCMk-jhlukxKznl6pEQEg" target="_blank" rel="noopener">video series</a> hosted by Dr. Quinton Morris.
