Justin Murray, Director of Membership and Individual Giving

I’m delighted to be working at Classical KING and living here in Seattle, both new experiences for me. Growing up in Atlanta, I dreamed of one day living in the Pacific Northwest surrounded by evergreens, mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. In 2023 my partner and I (and our two dogs) made the move across the country and haven’t looked back since. I’m thrilled to be here at Classical KING and look forward to building relationships with our listeners, donors, and our music community here in the Puget Sound.

I’m a lifelong musician, earning both a bachelor’s and master’s in Music at Georgia State University. Before coming to Classical KING I was a music educator, teaching middle school and high school band in Minnesota. On top of my work here at the station I am involved with the West Seattle Community Orchestras and the marching band at Tahoma High School. To say the least, the arts are a huge part of my life and will continue to be!
