Music Service Update: Streaming Service Restored

Listeners may have noticed issues with Classical KING’s online streams and metadata information between approximately 6am and 9am Pacific Time on Monday morning following a system update.
The update temporarily disrupted the configuration of our streaming services. During the repair all three of our online channels carried the main Classical KING stream. Some listeners may also have seen incorrect or missing metadata. As our team worked to identify and correct the issue, an older program also aired for a period of time on our Christmas and Calm channels during troubleshooting.
Our Programming, Production, and Technology teams responded immediately at 6am and worked through the morning to restore our intended music programming. Classical Calm and Classical Christmas have been returned to their normal programming, and listeners should once again be hearing the music they expect.
Our team is actively monitoring performance and making any remaining adjustments.
