An Underwater Adventure

Host: Maggie Molloy 

This Saturday on Second Inversion: An Underwater Adventure! From rippling rivers to epic storms, we’ll hear music that uses water itself as an instrument. Plus, a sound ecologist takes us for a stroll along the beach, where she invites us to slow down and listen to the barnacles. 

 

The Score with Edmund Stone 

Villains and Fiends 

Saturday, August 2 | 4pm 

They’re the baddest of the bad, they are cinema’s greatest villains. This Saturday on The Score Edmund Stone showcases extraordinary music for iconic characters including Voldemort from The Harry Potter series, wickedly twisted Loki from Thor, Darth Vader in Star Wars: A New Hope and the cold and calculating Hans Gruber from Die Hard. 

 

I Spy 

Sunday, August 3 | 4pm 

They live in the shadows. The intrigue of spy thrillers continues to captivate us with their exploration of international intrigue, moral dilemmas, and gritty action. Steal a peek behind the curtain of covert operations with music from Mission Impossible 8: The Final Reckoning, The 355, Notorious, Riley Ace of Spies and more.
